A highly recommend disc consisting of a great mix of music. The bulk of the disc is from an earlier disc where he is leading two different all-star bands, six tracks are from a 1960 set in San Francisco where Ben Webster lends most pleasing hand, and four tracks come from a Norman-Granz sponsored European tour from 1961. This album is sure to pack a punch for Hodges fans, from the neophyte the well-seasoned.
