Terms of payment
Payment is due by credit card via our credit card payment provider at the time of order. Items that are unavailable or become unavailable will be subject to a refund. Orders are not processed until we receive confirmation from our credit card payment provider that the payment has been authorized. grigorian.com currently accepts VISA and MasterCard. As part of our secure checkout process you will be asked to enter your payment information each time you place an order with grigorian.com.
Prices shown on the grigorian.com website are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping costs. All shipments within Canada are subject to the GST, Ontario residents are also subject to PST. Due to exclusive promotions and deals made for grigorian.com, pricing shown on grigorian.com may differ from pricing in our physical stores.
Prices and availability of the products and services listed on grigorian.com are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product or service has been listed on grigorian.com at the wrong price due to an error on our part, or on the part of any of our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for said product or service. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason or for no reason.
From time to time, grigorian.com may offer sale prices on some or all products on our site. These prices will only be honoured for the time period in which they are displayed on grigorian.com.
We currently ship all orders via Canada post, and use a Canada post plug in to insure that you are charged only what the shipping costs. We calculate the shipping costs before the order is submitted so that you know what shipping charges will be billed before you complete your order process. To provide faster shipping Grigorian.com may ship orders in multiple packages from different locations if a consolidated order incurs a delay. This does not cost extra.
We can only keep items on backorder for you if you have created a user account on our site. If you have multiple items in your shopping cart, and one or more are on backorder, your 'in stock' items will usually be shipped within 24 hours. Your backordered items will be shipped at a later date.
L'Atelier Grigorian wants all of its customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If your purchase was damaged in shipping, or contains a manufacturers defect, please contact us right away. We will replace the defective or damaged product at no cost to you. We do not offer exchanges for other products. We may ask you to ship the defective or damaged CD back to us, in which case we will provide you with a return authorization. We cannot accept return of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We will only process returns and issue refunds for products purchased from grigorian.com. We do not offer exchanges.
We will notify you of your refund via electronic mail (e-mail) after we've received and processed your return. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return.
Local Import Duties and Taxes
You might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance, local duties and taxes, are your responsibility. We cannot estimate what these charges might be as they vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We will not label purchases as gifts, mislabel product value or details to deceive customs officials. If your order is a gift the cost of the item must still be stated on Customs forms or export documents.
