Born in Umea in 1976, Samuel Ljungblahd is a Swedish songwriter and soul singer. Heavily influenced by gospel, 70’s soul, funk, and R&B, he has gained his largest audience with the Christian music scene. He began his musical career with the Salvation Army and with Vaasa Gospel before launching his solo career in the late 1990s.
