Little Girl Blue (also known as My Baby Just Cares for Me), here in both its stereo version and its rare mono version, was Nina Simone's debut album and first ever studio recording. By the time she was 25, it was a huge success and led to a fabulous career that would spawn more than 80 studio sessions. It contains such perennial classics as "I Loves You Porgy" and "My Baby Just Cares For Me."
