It is a year that no one will forget, a year in which global isolation was shared by all, yet experienced in millions of different ways. For Chris Potter, a musician who has been on the road continuously since the 1990s and whose raison d'être is to play live, the lockdown was both a challenge and an opportunity. It's a tribute to his creativity, personal integrity and enormous musical talent that Chris took on this challenge and created something incredibly new from this opportunity From May 2020, when the Black Lives Matter movement began (which is reflected in the title "I Had A Dream"), Chris set out to create something on his own to express his reaction to these chaotic times. Because he played each instrument in a unique way: piano, keyboards, electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitar, drums, clarinet, bass clarinet, flute, alto flute, drums, samples and, of course, saxophones, it took Chris just six weeks to complete the whole process.
