The ensemble was born in 2013, and has since been writing, performing, and recording original music throughout Italy. The inspiration for La Corda d’Oro (The Gold Rope) comes from the idea that we are all puppets and if you look carefully enough you will see the threads of those in charge, the most important being tethered with a gold rope. These tracks represent stories, and the ensemble begins by simply laying out a skeleton of the characters. Then, with their impressive performance, breathes life into them and makes them dance.
