Stan Webb'S Chicken Shack

Early 1965, Stan Webb formed the first incarnation of Chicken Shack, naming his band after Jimmy Smith s Back at the Chicken Shack. In 1967, pianist player Christine Perfect joined them and they recorded their first album for Mike Vernon s Blue Horizon label. Stan s Blues was recorded live during the summer of 2004, when Chicken Shack enchanted a packed audience at a venue in Lyme Regis, in the south of England, performing some of their hits and live favorites.
