Chema Vilchez

The new recording project of guitarist and composer Chema Vilchez is a fusion of different musical styles and languages such a jazz, flamenco and world music. In it, contemporary jazz harmonies embrace the particular sounds of flamenco guitar and oriental percussions. This album is a musical reflection on an extraordinary period during which Christians, Jews and Muslims built a place of peace and coexistence unique in history, and calls for deepening the concepts of tolerance and mlulticulturalism.
