A rare treat, an acoustic collaboration with 3 very talented guitarists. John McLaughlin & Al Dimeola, with predominantly jazz backgrounds & Paco De Lucia with his spanish flamenco guitar. The Phonogram recording made in 1982 consists of 6 compositions; Aspan, & David from McLaughlin, Orient Blue & Passion, Grace & Fire from Dimeola, & the last 2 pieces, Chiquito, & Sichia from De Lucia. The original LP recording & CD conversion has Paco De Lucia on the right channel, with Al Dimeola on the left channel & John McLaughlin in the centre channel. The original recording was sonically very clean & the conversion to CD is as impressive.
