Over the past decade, Miwa's trio has played regularly at major jazz clubs in her hometown of Boston, often at Jazz at Lincoln Center, "Marian McPartland & Friends," New York's Blue Note Jazz Club and Birdland. She has been in the studio or on the stages of major jazz festivals with jazz greats such as Sheila Jordan, Slide Hampton, Arturo Sandoval, Jon Faddis, Esperanza Spalding, Terri Lyne Carrington and Kevin Mahogany.
