Of his newest release, renowned bassist Svante Söderqvist writes of the people who helped make the album a reality: “My longtime friend Oskar Schönning, for artistic inspiration and consulting during this composing process. Saxophonist/professor Joakim Milder, who made me realize that it was possible for me to apply to a jazz improvisation master program, which has made this debut album what it is.
