Alina (Regina di Golconda) is one of the really rare recordings of this fable and unusual “opera semiseria”. This recording is the first one that took place in the 20th century. The main role is sung by the nowadays internationally known Italian soprano Daniela Dessí, documenting one of her earliest recordings. At her side you will hear Rockwell Blake as Seide, Adelisa Tabiadon and Paolo Coni, among others.
